more tomatoes

More of E’s garden tomatoes, organic beefsteaks and more romas so I’ve been making a bunch of salad dressings from Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, My Father’s Daughter to dress them up a little. I love whipping up my own dressings, it’s fresh tasting, no preservatives, no excess sugars and crap, no gums and so easy. Safe to say, I’m all tomatoed out! I’m gonna escape tomatoville for a bit, we’re off to NYC tommorrow for a few days! Good eats, good times with my other half!

With blue cheese dressing. I love gorgonzola so this is a favorite, creamy with shallots, it’s so good.

With coarse mustard dressing

and with a simple chive vinaigrette.
