tomato sandwich

Eating seasonally…an understatement when it comes to the number of tomatoes I’ve been eating lately.

Toasted 2 slices of my favorite bread (olive loaf from the farmer’s market), spreaded mayo on both slices, top with sliced organic beefsteak tomatoes, sprinkle some fleur de sel/sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Open faced tomato sandwiches, so easy.
